SJS Executives is seeking a Facility Mechanical Engineer. Our ideal candidate will have extensive hands on facility mechanical system (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) design using AutoCAD and/or SpecsIntact. 

Design, plan, produce specifications and cost estimates for industrial processes such as:

• air conditioning
• ventilation
• plumbing
• compressed air
• energy saving and conversion systems
• pneumatic transport systems
• control systems
• utility systems
• fuel oil systems
• natural gas systems
• pier mechanical systems

Other systems of major size and complexity including:

• multistory offices
• quarters
• steam plants
• industrial waste treatment plants
• ship piers
• naval nuclear repair facilities
• aircraft overhaul facilities
• very wide diversion of other structures and facilities

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology 
• 5 years of Mechanical systems design within a facility or commerical setting
• 5 years experience in AutoCAD, SpecsIntact, Word, and Excel software
